I wanted to leave a positive review, despite having not adopted a Smoky Mountain floof from this breeder. My reason for going with a different breeder was unrelated to quality, professionalism, or credentialing of Smoky Mountain Pomskies and was due to litter timing in relation to my circumstances and other personal factors/preferences. I spoke to Jennifer within 12 hours of reaching out for a phone meeting/consultation. She sent dozens of photos and multiple videos of the pup and was honest of her assessment of the pup’s personality, even including a behavioral/personality assessment with the materials she sent me. The pup is a delight. Jennifer was knowledgeable and flexible, even willing to work with me regarding when I could welcome the pup I was considering into my home. She and her husband had already researched plane tickets before I had even spoken with her. They also offered multiple payment options that could work with different needs. Their acknowledgments and credentialing from breeding and Pomsky organizations, as well as canine editorials were one of the main reasons I contacted them. They also seem to be connected to other high-quality breeders, adding to their knowledge of the market. Jennifer also asked me if I had any suggestions bc I had ended up working with a different breeder (I did not have any, as my decision wasn’t related to her). I thought this illustrated a true commitment to excellence without ego. Her response to my final choice was very kind and professional. Thanks so much for your assistance, Jennifer.
